Breast screening should be simple, stress-free, and designed around you. At Ada & Me, we use cutting-edge AI technology to provide a fast, comfortable, and non-invasive experience. Here’s what to expect from start to finish.
Scheduling your screening is quick and easy. Simply book online through our website to find a time and location that suits you. Whether it’s your first screening or part of your regular health routine, we make the process seamless and stress-free.

Once your appointment is booked, you'll receive confirmation via email with all the details you need. This includes your scan date, time, and location, along with simple requirements to help you prepare. At this point we will require some personal information from you that is essential to ensure accurate results. Please provide these through the 'Personal Details' section in your Ada & Me account.
If you need to reschedule you can do so via your account. If you have any questions, our team is always here to help — because your peace of mind matters.
To ensure the most accurate results, you must follow the pre-screening requirements. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours, as it affects circulation, and refrain from exercise for at least three hours to keep your body in a resting state. On the day, do not use deodorant, lotions, or powders, as they may interfere with the scan.
When you arrive, our friendly team will welcome you, guide you through the process, and answer any questions to ensure you feel completely at ease.
After checking in, you will be lead into a private booth by one of our female technicians, who will then leave you to undress and for the duration of your screening. Please note, you will be required to sit on a stool unassisted. You will then be cooled for up to 5 minutes to prepare your skin for screening.
The scan itself will take no more than 10 minutes, but please allow 40 minutes in the rare instance that a re-scan is necessary. We’ll then offer you a hot drink of your choice to warm you up post-scan.
Within 72 hours, your detailed results will be securely delivered to your personal Ada & Me account, where you can easily download them to your desktop or phone. Designed for clarity, they provide valuable insights to help you take the next steps in your breast health journey with confidence.
